The Loan Originator Training Program General Disclaimer

The Loan Originator Training Program is a venue for potential instructors/experts and learners to meet and share knowledge in a Virtual Classroom. It provides a means for experts and learners to come together for teaching and learning online. The Loan Originator Training Program is a meeting ground only and is not responsible for what instructors or experts claim about themselves or about their expertise, for the information they post, for the classes they create, or for their conduct while teaching classes.

The Loan Originator Training Program is not a college, university, or an accredited school. We do not offer degrees, diplomas, or any types of certification. We do offer certificate of course completions. A certificate stating you've completed a course does not give you certification in any field. For certification in most fields, you need to enroll into an accredited degree program, complete it successfully, and fulfill many other local, state, federal requirements depending on the field you choose. While some instructors who teach courses through our service also teach at accredited schools, their affiliation with those schools does not mean that you can receive credit for the class they teach at their schools. Nor does your enrollment in our classes or courses entitle you to take courses in the schools that an instructor may also serve as a faculty member or instructor.

The Loan Originator Training Program is not responsible for all or any part of the course content provided (or lack of content provided) by instructors. We do not guarantee in any way, shape, or form the quality or quantity of course content provided (or not provided) by instructors teaching courses on our services. Nor do we try to censor, or edit instructor/student postings. We do not monitor all course content posted by instructors. If you decide to participate in any online classes on our service, you do so at your own risk.
The Loan Originator Training Program does not validate, does not qualify, and is not responsible for the "instructors" and/or "experts" listed on our service, their online resumes, any content they post, any advice they give, and any of their online classes. Our instructors/experts are volunteers and do this in their spare time for fun and enjoyment. It is up to you to research the instructor/expert in question, to ask for references, to check those references before deciding to take advice or to take a class by that instructor/expert. In this era of high technology and Internet communication, it is easy for someone to present false credentials. If you decide to take advice from one of our experts, or if you choose to take a class created by one of our The Loan Originator Training Program members, you do so at your own risk.

The Loan Originator Training Program does not make any guarantees that you will be able to enroll into a class that the instructor has restricted with a password. Instructors own and control their online class, enrollment policies, and all its content. Instructors are free to refuse any enrollment request by any student and/or to remove any student from their class at any time. You agree and accept the instructor's right to refuse your enrollment or to remove you from his/her class. The Loan Originator Training Program is not responsible for any prerequisites an instructor specifies for an online course. If an instructor requires qualifications and/or prerequisites that you do not meet for acceptance into the course, he or she reserves the right to enforce those requirements and refuse your request for admittance in the class.

The Loan Originator Training Program is not responsible for your connection to the Internet or the type of Web Browser you decide to use. While we try to make our site as accessible as possible to the widest range of web browsers on the market, not all web browsers are fully compatible with our Virtual Classroom software. Additionally, we are not responsible for your connection to the Internet, network latency, network outages, or any obstacle that prevents you from accessing our service.

If you join or participate in an online class, some personal information such as your name and email address may be shared with your classmates and the instructor. By joining or participating in an online class you agree and accept that information about you may be accessible to fellow class participants. Our service does not allow people to enter a Virtual Classroom (once an instructor has approved enrollment) anonymously or as a guest. If you decide to join and/or participate in an online class, you agree and accept that you are no longer anonymous to the instructor, to other students in the class, or to us.

You understand and accept that distance education (or Internet education in general) is a new technology that may not be suitable to your learning needs. While online classes have many benefits, they also have many shortcomings. By creating, joining, and/or participating in an online class you acknowledge that it is a different and somewhat experimental method of learning and may not be right for you. As such, The Loan Originator Training Program is not responsible for your online learning experience, your education, or what you learn (or do not learn) by taking one of our courses/classes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Loan Originator Training Program, its owners, employees, instructors, students, members, and volunteers for any liability arising from any death, injury, dismemberment or any bodily injury (physical or mental) to you and to third parties resulting from the use of our service, as well as for any loss or damage to property to you or to third parties resulting from any use of our service (direct or indirect), in whole or in part, including but not limited to information you obtain by signing up, joining online classes, teaching online classes, participating in online classes, listing yourself as a student or expert, asking questions, reading or obtaining any information from within our service, our discussion forums, or reading any content posted by us, an instructor, or a user. Such indemnity and hold harmless agreement is in addition to any other indemnity and hold harmless agreement you agree to when using other sections of our site.
